The time frame for a grooming varies depending on your pet and the condition of their coat, the time reflected at your booking is an estimated times frame, it is not the actual grooming time, you do have up to 45 minutes from when received the call that your pet is ready for you to pick them up before you get an additional fee for daycare!

Queen is a passionate and experienced pet groomer with over 20 years of dedicated service in the industry. Born with an innate love for animals, Queen discovered her true calling in 2002 when she started her grooming career as a bather at East Cooper Pet Motel. It was here that she realized her talent for bringing out the natural beauty and charm of pets through grooming.

Driven by her passion and desire to continuously improve her skills, Queen quickly advanced in her career. She joined Amy's K-9 Creations, where she honed her craft by mastering full standard breed haircuts. Her attention to detail, creativity, and ability to understand the unique grooming needs of different breeds set her apart from her peers.


Recognizing her exceptional talent and leadership qualities, Queen was soon promoted to the position of grooming manager at Super Pets Grooming Salon. In this role, she not only showcased her exceptional grooming skills but also excelled at managing a team of groomers, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

With her keen eye for style and her ability to create unique and stunning looks for pets, Queen has built a loyal clientele who trust her with their beloved furry companions.


In addition to her extensive experience, Queen holds several certifications that further demonstrate her commitment to providing exceptional care for pets. She is a Certified Pet Groomer and a Certified AKC Safe Pet Groomer, ensuring that she follows the highest standards of safety and professionalism in her grooming practices. Queen is also certified in pet CPR and pet first aid, equipped with the knowledge and skills to handle emergencies and ensure the well-being of every pet in her care. Furthermore, her certification in aggressive behavior allows her to handle and groom even the most challenging pets with patience and expertise.

Beyond her professional achievements, Queen is a loving and dedicated mother to her wonderful children: Rebecca, Aundre, Gabrielle, and twins Joshua and Journey. Her husband, Matthew, proudly serves in the United States Coast Guard and is the captain of their family. Queen and her family are deeply honored to serve you and your four-pawed family members, providing exceptional care and grooming services to ensure they look and feel their best.
