The time frame for a grooming varies depending on your pet and the condition of their coat, the time reflected at your booking is an estimated times frame, it is not the actual grooming time, you do have up to 45 minutes from when received the call that your pet is ready for you to pick them up before you get an additional fee for daycare!

When you arrive at Queen of the Paws, you will be greeted by their friendly staff and asked to fill out a short form with some information about your dog's health and behavior. Then, we will take your dog to the grooming area, where they will perform the service you booked.


Depending on the service, your dog may receive a shampoo, a blow-dry, a haircut, a nail trim, an ear cleaning, teeth brushing, or a de-shedding treatment. We will also check your dog for any signs of fleas, ticks, or skin problems.

An additional charge of $35 will be applied to your standard grooming fee for the hand scissoring service.

After the grooming is done, they will return your dog to you with a bandana or a bow. You can pay with cash or a card, and they will give you a receipt. You can also leave them a tip if you are satisfied with their work.
