We're always changing so we can provide the best service, which is why we have decided to move away from cash payments in our locations. If you still wish to leave us a, "Thank You," cash tips are still accepted.

The time frame for a grooming varies depending on your pet and the condition of their coat, the time reflected at your booking is an estimated times frame, it is not the actual grooming time, you do have up to 45 minutes from when received the call that your pet is ready for you to pick them up before you get an additional fee for daycare!

TERMS OF SERVICE

QUEEN OF THE PAWS 

  1. Emergencies
    In case of an emergency, I authorize this establishment to immediately seek professional veterinary care for my pet. I understand that every effort will be made to contact me in case of an emergency

  2. Attention to Triple or Double Coated Pet Owners
    To all Triple or Double Coated pet owners that wish to have your pet shaved, after you are informed by the groomers about what can happen due to the shaving of your pet and you still choose to have your pet shaved, we will not be held responsible for a decision you choose to make. If you request de-shedding, an additional $25 fee will be added to the total for the service. Additional services like coloring are considered add-ons and will represent an additional charge on top of the grooming fee, the charge for this and any add-on will depend on the complexity of it.

  3. Grooming time consists of these variations:
    - Is it your pet's first groom?
    - Your pet's behavior is a big factor.
    - Does your pet have anxieties?
    - Is Your pet aggressive?
    At Queen of the Paws, we will take the time to work with your babies to make it a comfortable experience for them, allowing them to set the pace, so I don't have an exact time for the grooming to be completed

  4. Coat condition
    This establishment puts your pet's comfort above all else. If your pet's fur is heavily mated there is a greater risk of burns or cuts that can occur, understand that all attempts will be made to prevent this. Also understand that matted pets take longer to prepare, so upon the assessment of your pet there will be an additional fee which could vary, this fee will be added to the price of your pet's grooming fee.

  5. Health
    Understanding that pet grooming can be stressful for some pets, will I inform the groomer if my pet has any heart condition or stress-related problems before preparation. I also understand that it is necessary to keep my pet up to date with all my vaccinations before each grooming.

  6. Fleas & Ticks
    If your pet has fleas or ticks on them at the time of grooming, we will do a flea and tick bath which is $25 added to your grooming fee.

  7. Female Pet in Heat or Bleeding
    If you bring your pet in and they are in heat or bleeding it is a $25 charge due to sanitation and safety of the pets.

  8. Aggressive Pet
    If your pet is hard to handle or aggressive your fee will increase at time of your grooming appointment, the receptionist or groomer will inform you at the time of your appointment or someone will call to inform you, no exceptions. If pet must leave the facility because of their aggressiveness, we will still collect payment for services that we have preform along with $40 fee, if a staff member is bitten there is a $60 charge.

  9. Pick Up
    Upon receiving confirmation that your pet is ready, you will have 45 minutes to pick them up, time after which you will be charged a $25 fee.

  10. Cancellation Rules
    I understand that if I need to change the time of my appointment or cancel it, I must give at least 24-hour notice so that the time of the appointment is available to another client who is on the waiting list. To set up and secure any appointment between Tuesdays and Saturdays, there is a $25 non-refundable fee required at the time of booking. To set up and secure any appointment on a Sunday, there is a $50 non-refundable fee required at the time of booking. To set up and secure a table for the self-service option on a Sunday, there is a $25 non-refundable fee required at the time of booking. If you are a no-call/no-show, that would result in having to pay 50% of your future appointment at the time of booking your next appointment.
